Lot of indians feel Passport is too heavy to carry around. In fact they should allow a 20kg bag to carry it along with it. Good story!

I see a bit of communism preach? I fully understand the feelings of not being able to succeed.. we all are in the same boat.. why would I look below to get the confidence while I am being looked over by some one else? Don't quite get author's view here...
